This book has been revised and is now available for purchase from Masthof Press.

KCL - a book published in 1940, " A Genealogy and History of the Kauffman-Coffman Families of North America 1584 to 1937", by Charles Fahs Kauffman, genearlly considered to be the starting point for Kauffman/Coffman researchers. AAMG repeated some parts of KCL in the 1986 book.
Paper trail - a series of legal documents which proves connections between generations. Includes: birth, death, and marriage certificates, wills, probate records, family Bible records, obituaries, land records, etc.
RWD - a book by Richard Warren Davis published in 1995, "Emigrants, Refugees, and Prisoners, Volume1". He says, " ... This book is a result of several trips to Switzerland, Germany, and Pennsylvania, gathering information on Anabaptist families who lived in these places. The majority of my research took place in the archives in Bern, Switzerland. ..." It appears that RWD repeated some of the research of Charles Fahs Kauffman, and expanded on KCL to some extent.
